Ladywood lakes has two mature gravel pits set in the beautiful West Yorkshire country side , the main 10 acre specimen lake and the 2acre small lake which is the easier runs type lake .
The Big lake is 10 acres and has a very good average depth with many features to be found , it also has a good head of carp well over 500 present with a good mid to high double average , around 40 20s and 5 30s including the jewel in the lake Kamara a massive common with a top weight of 41 lb , all the fish are from top fish farmer Andy Parker in Dorset , they are beautiful fully scaled mirrors , linears and some massive commons .
We now have a catering cabin serving breakfast and hot food and drink Friday Saturday and Sundays
